We make all of our mix ins from scratch and by hand in our Seattle kitchen. Our vanilla bean is a French-style custard which is made with cream, milk,

egg yolk, and sugar. We bring a vegan/non-dairy ice cream to every event and offer gluten-free or vegan upon request.
