“We came across this cute food truck at the Everett Festival that had lots of options to build your own ice cream cookie sandwich! I chose their Brown Sugar cookie with Coffee Ice Cream.
These two combinations are always the best, and second this was such a yummy, sweet treat! The cookies were so soft and had the perfect amount of ice cream on them! Rating, 9/10.”
